We report an optical spectrum (range 340-890 nm) of PSN J12350637+3114354 that was obtained on Feb. 18.9 2015 UT with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Gaomeigu Station of YNAO. The spectrum is very blue, with weak Si II absorption but prominent Fe III lines near 420 nm and 490 nm. The absorption trough near 370 nm (perhaps due to Ca II) lines is also strong. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024) shows that it matches with SN 1999aa (91T-like) at t = -10 days. Follow up observations are encouraged.
