Du Pont Classification of MASTER OT J105908.57+103834.8

We obtained an optical spectrum (range 360-920 nm) of MASTER OT J105908.57+103834.8 (ATel #8620) on UT 2016 Feb 3.34 with the du Pont 2.5-m telescope (+ WFCCD) at Las Campanas Observatory. Cross-correlation with a library of SN spectra using SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) shows that MASTER OT J105908.57+103834.8 is a normal Type Ia 2.6(5.4) days after maximum light at z=0.035(0.006). The best-fit template SN was SN 2007kk at +5.9 days.
