We report an optical spectrum (range 350-870 nm) of PTSS-19ckdv (AT 2019brc), discovered by the PTSS, obtained on UT 2019-03-15.72 with the 2.4m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Observatory of Yunnan Observatories (YNAO). The spectrum is consistent with that of a 91T-like type Ia supernova at around the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova
Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) shows that it matches with SN 2003hu at t = +0 days from the maximum light. After correcting for a redshift 0.074 of the host galaxy SDSS J092731.71+053911.9 (via the fit of SNID), an expansion velocity of about 11500 km/s can be derived from the absorption minimum of Si II 635.5 nm.
