discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 12h 02m 56.68s -51d 07m 43.7s on 2019-03-15.90689 UT.br>
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.9m (mlim=19.6).
The OT is seen in 14 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images on 2019-02-28 22:21:35UT with unfiltered mlim=20.2m, on 2016-05-02.87661 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.9m.
There is only Gaia source in VIZIEr database, it means 22m POSS limit in history and more then 5 magnitude of current outburst amplitude
Spectral observations are required.

OT MASTER 144732.04-194558.16 discovery possible SN in PGC 52824
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 14h 47m 32.07s -19d 45m 57.8s on 2019-03-15.25465 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.5m (limit 20.3m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2019-02-11.22238 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.5m.
Spectral observations are required.
