We report the following classifications of optical transients from spectroscopic observations with the Kast spectrograph on the Shane telescope. Targets were supplied by ASAS-SN, ATLAS and ZTF. All observations were made on 2019 Mar 16 UT. Classifications were performed with SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024).

Notes:
When the redshift is given to 2 decimal places, it is derived from the SN spectrum. Otherwise, the redshift is determined from the host galaxy. (1) We measure an Si II 6355 velocity of -11,800 km/s. (2) Good fits with SN 1999aa-like spectra a week before maximum. We measure an Si II 6355 velocity of -11,100 km/s. (3) Low signal-to-noise spectrum, with visible P-Cygni hydrogen profile. We measure an H-alpha velocity of -14,600 km/s. (4) Good fits with SN 1991T-like and SN 1999aa-like spectra a few days before maximum. We measure an Si II 6355 velocity of -10,800 km/s. Our classifications agrees with the FTN / FLOYDS-N spectrum from the Global SN Project. (5) Good fits with SN 1991T-like spectra several days before maximum. We measure an Si II 6355 velocity of -10,300 km/s.
