We report an optical spectrum of MASTER OT 144732.04-194558.16 (350-870 nm) that was obtained on 2019 March 17.76 UT with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Observatory of Yunnan Observatories. The spectrum is blue and shows prominent P-cygni profiles of H lines, consistent with a classification of type II-P supernova around the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024) shows that it matches with SN 2004et t = +2 days. After removing a redshift of 0.008 for the host galaxy ESO 580-G29 (= PGC 52824) , the minimum of the H-alpha absorption is blueshifted by about 8000 km/s.
