MASTER-Amur auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 06h 47m 25.70s +49d 15m 43.8s on 2013-03-07.71171 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 13.2m (limit 18.5m).

The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2012-10-19.78094 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.0m.

The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/064725.70491543.8.png MASTER OT J064725.70+491543.9 - new bright CV

The OT has an UV counterpart GALEX J064725.6+491542 (FUV=18.32+/-0.05, NUV=18.25+/-0.03) and ROSAT X-ray counterpart 1RXS J064725.3+491539 (formally 6" away).

Palomar/NEAT has observed this field on 5 nights from 1997 Oct. 30 to 2003 Feb. 10. A total of 19 images were taken. Star was detected in bright outburst on 2003 Jan. 08 and Jan. 10, but at quiescence on other nights. Catalina Sky Survey also has an outburst to 14.1m on 2007 Oct. 10.

Follow up observations are required.

We devote this outburst to the female part of MASTER team in honor of International Women's Day.
