We obtained spectroscopic observations of 2017ebm (= ATLAS17fgh) with the FLOYDS spectrograph on the 2-m Faulkes Telescope North on UT 2017 May 20. The spectrum indicates that SN 2017ebm is a Type-Ia supernova. Using SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024), we find good match to 91bg-like SN Ia several days after maximum light at the redshift of the proposed host galaxy (z = 0.016732; NED).
