We obtained optical spectra of ASASSN-16of (ATel #9815), ASASSN-16ok (ATel #9826), and ASASSN-16om (ATel #9827), on UT 2016 December 22.3, 22.1, and 22.1, respectively, with the Goodman Spectrograph on the SOAR telescope. Classification with SNID (Blondin and Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) indicates that all three sources are normal Type Ia supernovae, with approximate ages: ASASSN-16of (+22), ASASSN-16ok (+9), ASASSN-16om (+27). The redshifts of ASASSN-16of and ASASSN-16om are consistent with their proposed hosts at z=0.030 and z=0.045. The candidate host of ASASSN-16ok does not have a cataloged redshift; we find z~0.040 for the supernova.
