MASTER OT J033333.26-623314.7 discovery - bright PSN in 7.2"W,11.4"S of PGC343067

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 33m 33.26s -62d 33m 14.7s on 2016-10-19.96568 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.9m (mlim=18.8).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image on 2015-11-04.95426 UT with unfiltered mlim=20.6m.
This PSN is in 7.2"W,11.4"S from the center of PGC343067
Spectral observations are required.
