MASTER OT J010603.18-744715.8 discovery - more then 9mag amplitude outburst in SMC

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 06m 03.18s -74d 47m 15.8s on 2016-10-14.19341 UT.
The OT magnitude in unfilter is 10.9m (limit 18.3m). The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-08-01.21289 UT with unfiltered mlim=18.9m.
There is a GALEX source and USNO-B1 star in 0.9" with B=20.17, R=20.00
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/010603.18-744715.8.png
