MASTER OT J152539.43-702245.1 discovery - new OT, poss. dwarf mova outburst, Ampl>5

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 25m 39.43s -70d 22m 45.1s on 2016-08-16.80259 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (mlim=17.9m).
The OT is seen in 8 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2016-04-30.91213 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.
There is no any known source in VIZIER database inside 5", it means the 22m POSS limit and 5m current outburst amplitude.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J194310.37+554900.0 discovery - new OT, ampl>4.1m

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 43m 10.37s +55d 49m 00.0s on 2016-08-19.01812 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.9m (limit 18.3m).
The OT is seen in 2 image. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2016-05-30.16736 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.4m.
There is no any source inside 4" in VIZIER database, it means 4.1mag curent outburst ampl.
Spectral observations are required.
