MASTER OT J140958.91+174549.4 discovery - PSN in 78.5"W,108"N of IC0983 with bar and ring
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 14h 09m 58.91s +17d 45m 49.4s on 2016-04-24.06727 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.0m (the limit is 18.7m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-03-10.08775 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 21.0m.
This OT is in 78.5"W,108"N from the center of IC0983 galaxy (SB(r)bc , Lum.Dist.=79 Mpc, Btot=12.7m)
Spectral observations are required.
