We obtained an optical spectrum (range 340-890 nm) of SN 2016blh(=PTSS-16cfg), discovered by the PMO-Tsinghua Supernova Survey (PTSS: http://119.78.210.3/ptss2/ ), on UT Apr.03.7 2016 with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Gaomeigu Station of Yunnan Astronomical Observatories (YNAO). The spectrum is consistent with a type Ia supernova at around the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J., 666, 1024) shows that it matches with SN 2006D at t = -1 days from the maximum light. The red continuum and prominent narrow Na~I D absorption indicates that this supernova may suffer a significant host-galaxy reddening. After correcting for a redshift of 0.0238 for its host galaxy
PGC 050534, an expansion velocity of about 11000 km/s can be derived from the absorption minimum of Si II 635.5 line.
