MASTER OT J131405.90+335509.7 discovery - PSN(16.6m) in 9.4"E 0.8"S from PGC2041038 galaxy

MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system (Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L)discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 14m 05.90s +33d 55m 09.7s on 2016-03-18.76802 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.6m (limit 18.8m).

The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-02-03 06:21:30 UT with 19.8 unfiltered magnitude limit (MASTER-IAC).
This PSN is in 9.4"E 0.8"S from PGC2041038/Sloan SDSS J131405.99+335507.0 galaxy - z=0.03528.

Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference image is available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTEROTJ131405.90+335509.7.jpg

MASTER OT J125609.81+623704.6 discovery - possible QSO flare, ampl>5.2m

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 12h 56m 09.81s +62d 37m 04.6s on 2016-03-19.97355 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.3m (limit 18.5m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-07-20.88797 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.8m.
There is Sloan source (g=21.53,r=21.496), that is in SDSS DR10 catalogue of candidate quasars (Brescia+, 2015)
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTEROTJ125609.81+623704.6.jpg

MASTER OT J055502.52-234506.5 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>2.6m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 05h 55m 02.52s -23d 45m 06.5s on 2016-03-19.834346 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.3m (limit 18.7m).
The OT is seen in 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-02-19.91316 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.8m.
There is GALEXsource/USNO-B1 star with B2=20.40,R2=19.84, so we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with ampl>2.6
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/055502.52-234506.5.png
