MASTER-Net: optical transients

MASTER OT J105908.57+103834.8 discovery - PSN in Sloan galaxy
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 10h 59m 08.57s +10d 38m 34.8s on 2016-01-31.06135 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.8m (m_lim=18.9m).
There is Sloan disc galaxy in 5.149arcsec (PSN will be the superluminous one).
This OT(PSN) is seen in 10 images.
We have about 400 ref.images without OT from 2009yy in MASTER-Net database (supporting the PSN scenario of this outburst), for ex., on 2015-12-21 02:14:21 with unfiltered m_lim=19.4, on 2015-11-22.16296 UT with m_lim=20.0m.

MASTER OT J103351.44+605107.5 discovery - bright Blazar's flare
MASTER-Amur auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 10h 33m 51.44s +60d 51m 07.5s on 2016-01-27.58297 UT with unfilt.m_OT=15.7m (m_lim=17.8m). There are 6 images (27Jan,30Jan of 2016.
We have reference unf.image on 2015-06-08.71995U,T m_lim=18.2m.
There is Blazar, so
Spectral and photometry observations are required.

MASTER OT J061653.73-363919.8 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>4m, no VIZIER data
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 06h 16m 53.73s -36d 39m 19.8s on 2016-01-30 20:56:27.891UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.0 (m_lim=19.7). This OT has the same mag on 2016-01-30 21:06:42.893UT, and on 2016-01-30 21:19:59.373. The m_OT=18.5 on 2016-01-31 18:49:10.067UT.
We have reference images without OT on 2015-10-11 01:42:52 with m_lim=20.7, on 2015-11-22 00:15:33 with m_lim=19.4.

So as there is no any known source in VIZIER (and POSS with m_lim~22), we suggest the dwarf nova outburst ,ampl>4mag.
MASTER OT J182529.52+082539.8 discovery - possible UVCet-type flare
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 25m 29.52s +08d 25m 39.8s on 2016-01-27.12203 UT with unfiltered m_OT=16.8m and on 27.12646 with m_OT=17.7.
We have reference image without OT on 2013-06-14.84926 UT with m_lim=18.3m .

MASTER OT J182608.29+301406.1 detection - a bright star with proper motion (now near the PGC1895764)
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 26m 08.29s +30d 14m 06.1s on 2016-01-31.24792 UT with unfilt.m_OT=16.4m (m_lim=18.4m)
The OT is seen in 7 images. We have MASTER-Kislovodsk archive images with this OT near the center of PGC1895764 in 2011.

MASTER OT J133828.06+034426.7 detection - possible UVCet-type flare
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 38m 28.06s +03d 44m 26.7s on 2016-01-24.11456 UT with unfiltered m_OT=14.7 on 2016-01-24.11456UT and m_OT=16.2m on 24.12194UT (m_lim=18.3m).
There is no OT on 2016-01-24 02:34:01 and 02:36:38UT.
Reference image without OT is on 2015-08-02.884UT ,m_lim=19.1m.
