MASTER-Net: optical transients

MASTER OT J232947.88-160804.6 discovery - optical transient with Ampl>3.5m
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 29m 47.88s -16d 08m 04.6s on 2015-12-11.91712 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.5m (limit is 20.3m).
The OT is seen in 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-10-30.88394 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.0m.
We have unfiltered m_OT=17.9 on 2015-09-08 17:26:28.542UT (MASTER-Tunka), there is no OT with m_lim=18.4 on 2015-09-06 16:48:54 (MASTER_Amur).
CRTS has m_OT~17.8 in maximum 9 times during ~8years.
Nothing is in VIZIER database at this position, but there is WISE/ALLWISE source with W1,2,3,4 and PM in 3.2arcsec. So the ampl may be more then 3.5m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J125126.61-322819.5 discovery - dwarf nova outburst with ampl>3.2m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 12h 51m 26.61s -32d 28m 19.5s on 2015-12-09.05588 UT.2015-12-12.07240 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.8m (limit is 19.8m).
There are 3 images with OT on 09 Dec, and 6 images with the same m_OT=18.5 on the 2015-12-12.07240 UT. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-03-15.88248 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.9m.
There is only ultraviolet known source in 1.9arcsec, so we suggest the outburst amplitude more then 3.2m

There is current outburst of CSS 120922:214934-121908 UG with m_OT=15.6 detected by MASTER-IAC auto-detection system on 2015-12-09 20:09:55.001UT.
