MASTER OT J234158.45+351455.2 discovery - B~R~I,+ ultraviolet, + fast variability (the outburst in 1.2mag during 8 min). Close binary system with accreting white dwarf. The Spectrum is very required

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 41m 58.45s +35d 14m 55.2s on 2015-12-02 22:53:42 UT with unfiltered magnitude m_OT=17.8m (the limit is 20.3m, exposition is 180s). There are m_OT=19.0 on 2015-12-02 23:04:44 and n_OT=19.0 on 2015-12-02 22:42:28UT.

The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image with unfiltered m_OT=19.2 on 2015-07-21.11885 UT (MASTER-IAC, m_lim=19.7),

There is a blue source with B1=18.85, R2=18.88, I=18.83, with GALEX source and ALLWISE source (W1,2,3,4) in VIZIER database. There are very different estimations of PM (0 in NOMAD, several mas/yr in GAIA, several thousands mas/y in AlLWISE). There are 2 CRTS previous outbursts with the same ampl in its history of observations.

Spectral observations are required.

Fast variability very requires a Spectrum. MASTER can suggest the close binary system with accreting white dwarf.
