We report the discovery of two possible Novae in M31 at JD 2453863.6 (2006, May 8.1 UT). The first one was detected with 17.8 mag in R at a position RA(2000) = 00h 43m 13.42s, Dec(2000) = +41° 16' 58.9". This detection was formerly reported by ATEL #805 and confirmed by our observations. The second Nova with 18.1 mag is located at RA(2000) = 00h 43m 13.94s, Dec(2000) = +41° 20' 05.6". The accuracies are 0.1 mag and 0.1" respectively. Both candidates were measured with the Wendelstein 0.8 m telescope equipped with a 1k x 1k CCD camera with 24mu sq. pixels. Using observations in the Halpha band we can rule out an outburst before JD 2453846.6 (2006, April 21.1 UT) for both Novae, as the Halpha brightness was at least 5 mag fainter.
