MASTER OT J011030.95-593639.4 discovery - new dwarf nova outburt (no sources in VIZIER), Ampl>4.2m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 10m 30.95s -59d 36m 39.4s on 2015-07-13.94845 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (the limit is 19.0m).
This OT is seen in 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2014-12-31.91043 UT with 19.0 unfiltered magnitude limit.
There is no any sources inside 15" in VIZIER database. So we can suggest the dwarf nova outburst with Amplitude > 4.2m .
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J175256.71+120840.1 - UVCet-type flare

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h 52m 56.71s , +12d 08m 40s.1 on 2015-07-12.958 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.9m. There is no minor planet at this place. We have image on 2015-12.9677 UT without this OT. There is no any source inside 10" in VIZIER databse. So we can suggest the flare of the UVCet-like star with ampl>4.1m.
The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTEROTJ175256.71+120840.1.jpg
