Fast optical transient detected by MASTER on South Sky

MASTER OT J174447.46-743859.4 discovery - Fast optical transient, 4m amplitude for 4 min
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h 44m 47.46s -74d 38m 59.4s on 2015-04-15.01405 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.8m (the limit is 20.6m).
We have 20 images this night with m_lim=20-20.7. The OT is seen only on the last image on 2015-04-15.01405 UT. We have previous image at 2015-04-14.99043 UT (4 min earlier) with marginally seen OT (m_OT=19.5).
We have reference image without OT on 2015-01-28.01113 UT with 19.8m unfiltered magnitude limit 19.8m, and on 2015-03-13.00698UT with m_lim=19m, and on 2014-12-17.884UT with m_lim=18.8 .
There is source in 0.573" with B= 22.655 and R=19.598 in VIZIER database.
Spectral observations are required.
