We report an optical spectrogram (range 350-810 nm) of SN J09475974+5031082 that was obtained on 2014 Nov.22.8 UT with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Gaomeigu Station of Yunnan Observatories. The spectrum is similar to that of a type Ia supernovae at a few weeks after the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the comparison tool Gelato (Harutyunyan et al. 2008, A&A, 488, 383) shows that it matches with SN 2001eh at t = + 28 days. Given a redshift of 0.0502 for the host galaxy (Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 2 from http://www.sdss.org/dr2/products/spectra/getspectra.html2 ), an expansion velocity of about 9900 km/s can be deduced from the Si II 635.5 absorption minimum.
