We report an optical spectrum of PSN J09204691-0803340 tha was obtained on 2014 Nov.21.8 UT with the 2.16-m telescope (+BFOSC) at Xinglong Station of NAOC. The spectrum is consistent with a type IIn supernova at an early phase, with a blue continuum and prominent narrow Balmer emission lines. The helium emission feature near 587.6 nm is also visible in the spectrum. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the comparison tool Gelato (Harutyunyan et al. 2008, A&A, 488, 383) shows that it matches with SN 2005gj at t = - 10 days.
