We report the discovery of the first set of supernova candidates
from a transient survey with Subaru/Hyper Suprime-Cam (HSC).
Our Subaru/HSC open-use observations were performed on 2 and 3 Jul 2014 UT.
The candidates were detected using a quick image subtraction system
developed by Konan University, The University of Tokyo,
National Astronomical Observatory of Japan, and Princeton University.
The system successfully discovers supernova candidates in real time
by image subtraction between the images obtained with HSC and
those with Suprime-Cam several years ago.
A limiting magnitude of each exposure is ~26.0 mag in g band.
