We report the detections of type Ia supernova 2014J (in M82) obtained during Jan. 11-19 UT with the
0.5-m Antarctic Survey Telescope (AST) installed in Mohe, China for test observations. The unfiltered CCD magnitudes were >17.8 on Jan 11.859 UT, 14.38 on Jan 15.827, 13.12 on 17.690, and 11.97 on 19.832.
