We report on possible pre-explosion sources coincident with the position of the SN candidate PTF13bvn (ATel #5137) from archival Hubble Space Telescope (HST) ACS/WFC F435W, F555W, and F814W images from 2005-03-10 UT (HST proposal 10187, PI: Smartt). We use Palomar 60" R-band images (0.3" pixels) of PTF13bvn taken on July 17 UT to establish the position of this SN candidate. We find RA = 15:00:00.158, Dec = +01:52:53.21 with an error of 0.16" (calibrated to SDSS). A few HST pre-explosion sources are close to this error circle (see http://goo.gl/uIyHK ). Preliminary photometry measurements of these sources, using the DOLPHOT package (Dolphin 2000, PASP, 112, 1383), are shown in the table below. For specification of the absolute magnitudes we use a distance modulus value of 31.89 (corresponding to a distance of 23.9 Mpc) as provided in the NASA/IPAC Extragalactic Database (NED). We note that there is a 0.15 mag uncertainty stated for this value. No extinction corrections are performed.
