We report on renewed X-ray activity from Be/X-ray binary pulsar 4U 0115+63 observed with Fermi/GBM. Pulsation in the 8-25 keV band were first observed in the November 4.0-6.0 time interval, with a frequency of 276.69070(34) mHz. This measurement is orbitally corrected using ephemeris from Bildsten et. al (1997). The rms pulse flux rose to 15 mCrab in the 8-25 keV band on November 6. This source was last active in October 2011 (ATel #3677), during the previous orbit, for which we detected the source from October 11-18. Both outbursts began near periastron.
