The OT unfiltered magnitude is m_OT = 15.2
The OT is seen at 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
m_lim=19.8.
We have reference image without OT at 2010-11-12.90 UT with unfiltered
m_lim=19.2.

2. MASTER031116.23+3705.7 at the position of (R.A., Dec) = 03h 11m 16.23s ,

The OT is seen at several images unfiltered images. There is no minor
planet at this place.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is m=17.5, m_lim=19.0
We have recently reference unfiltered image without OT at 202011-10-31.75 UT
with m_lim=19.8.
