We report on the X-ray dipping source XB 1254-690 as observed in five SWIFT/XRT exposures. These observations occurred on 2007 June 10, August 7, August 8, October 29, and 2008 March 2. Using XSPEC v11, we fit the spectra with a power-law plus blackbody model in the 1.0-10.0 keV band. We allowed the neutral hydrogen column density to float and obtained values varying from 0.35 +/- 0.1 E+22 to 1.9 +/- 0.1 E+22 (90 percent confidence errors). The power-law indices range from 0.3 +/- 0.4 to 2.1 +/- 0.8. The blackbody temperature (kT) varied slightly from 0.62 +/- 0.05 keV to 1.8 +/- 0.1 keV. The total flux ranged from 0.33 +/- 0.05 E-9 cgs to 19.7 +/- 0.02 E-9 cgs. The marked variability observed is characteristic of dipping sources.
