MASTER OT J172731.80+052750.3 discovery - new OT (no any sources in VIZIER database) with ampl>8m
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h 27m 31.80s +05d 27m 50.3s on 2021-07-02 22:10:59 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.8m
(mlim=19.1).
The OT is seen in 9 images at 02,03,04 Jul 2021. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2016-04-13.19135 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.7m; 2021-07-01 21:25:59Ut with mlim=18.8. There is also PanSTARRs images without any sources at this place, so 24m limit gives more then 8m of current amplitude value.
Spectral observations are required.
