Following the reported brightening of PGIR21fjn/AT2021kgk (ATel #14567), we initiated a Target of Opportunity (ToO) observation with the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory. The observation started at 2021-04-22 17:05:28 and ended at 2021-04-22 20:31:26. Observations were carried out with the X-ray Telescope (XRT) in Photon Counting (PC) mode with a total exposure 4964.5 s. No source was found at the source location with a 3-sigma upper limit < 2.3e-3 cts/s. The upper limit on the 0.3-10 keV X-ray flux is < 2.8e-13 erg/cm^2/s (unabsorbed) for a power-law with photon index Gamma=2 and Galactic hydrogen column density N_H = 1.6e22 cm^-2 (Willingale et al. 2013). Observations with the Ultraviolet/Optical Telescope (UVOT) were carried out using the uvm2 filter (central wavelength: 225 nm) with a total exposure 4885.4 s. Using the UVOT data, we derive a 3-sigma upper limit uvm2 > 23 AB Magnitude (extracted in a 3" aperture). This value is not corrected for Galactic extinction. We thank the Swift team for rapidly approving and scheduling these observations.
