We report the spectroscopic observation of PNV J23244760+6111140. The object was discovered by Yuji Nakamura (Mie, Japan) on 2021-03-18.4236 UT (http://tamkin1.eps.harvard.edu/unconf/followups/J23244760+6111140.html). We obtained a low-resolution spectrum of the object on 2021-03-18.820 with the fiber-fed integral field spectrograph (KOOLS-IFU; Matsubayashi et al. 2019) mounted on the 3.8-m Seimei telescope (Kurita et al. 2020) at Okayama Observatory, Kyoto University. The spectrum shows prominent Balmer series and He I emission lines with P-Cyg profiles. The absorption component of P-Cyg profile in He I 5876 line is blue-shifted by ~1600 km/s with respect to the emission peak. He II 4686 and N III 4640 lines are also seen in emission. These features suggest that the object is a classical nova.
