The MAXI/GSC nova alert system triggered on the rebrightening of GRS 1915+105 at 2019-05-14 18:19 (UT). The source flux reached 316 +/- 30 mCrab (1 sigma error) at 05-14T22:40:57. The public Swift/BAT lightcurve also shows that the 15 - 50 keV flux exceeds 1000 mCrab at 05-14 15:13 (UT). As reported at ATels #11828, #12742, #12743 and #12755, the source was in an unusual low-flux state since around MJD 58300 and going to quiescence. The averaged 4 - 10 keV flux of GRS 1915+105 during this low-flux state period was about 90 mCrab by the MAXI/GSC. We strongly encourage multi-wavelength observations of GRS 1915+105.
