MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",
Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 12h 05m 23.16s -54d 00m 17.0s on 2019-03-29.25363 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.1m (mlim=18.3m).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2017-04-20.06240 UT with magnitude limit in 'BLANK' filter 19.3m.
Spectral observations are required.
