MASTER OT J085423.80-561053.2 discovery - prelim. dwarf nova outburst, ampl>5.5
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 08h 54m 23.80s -56d 10m 53.2s on 2019-03-21.75416 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.5m (mlim=18.5).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2014-12-27.94707 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.4m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J010655.69+493834.9 detection - CV outburst, ampl>5.8m
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 06m 55.69s +49d 38m 34.9s on 2019-03-14.76933 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.1m (mlimit=17.0m).
The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
OT has the following automatic photometry (unfiltered W=0.2B+0.8R by USNO-B1) :
2019-03-16 14:53:30UT m_OT=16.9+-0.1 (MASTER-Tunka)
2019-03-17 19:06:44UT m_OT=17.7+-0.1 (MASTER-Tavrida)
We have reference images without OT on 2019-03-21 17:02:28UT with mlim=18.1, on 2018-10-07 16:20:25UT with mlim=20.8 (MASTER-Tunka), on 2012-09-19.80153 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.3m (MASTER-Kislovodsk), on 2015-11-12 02:27:40UT with mlim=20.5(MASTER-IAC).
There is USNO-B1 source with blue B2=21.34, (22m POSS limit in R gives W=21.9 in history) it means ampl>5.8m
Spectral observations are required.
