BVRI polarimetry of PNV J16484962-4457032

We report BVRI polarimetric measurements of PNV J16484962-4457032 (ATEL# 11289, #11290, #11297) on 2018 February 15, 16 and 18. The observations were made using the photopolarimeter (G. Srinivasulu et al. 2014, Bull. Astr. Soc. India 42, 165) attached to the 1-m Carl-Zeiss telescope at the Vainu Bappu Observatory, Kavalur, India. The BV passbands approximate those of Johnson, and RI those of the Kron-Cousins systems.

The observed degree of linear polarization and position angle in each band on the three nights are listed below. The probable errors of the measurements are given in the brackets. No significant variation is seen in the degree of polarization and position angle during the period of our observations. We are continuing the polarimetric monitoring of the object.
