Discovery of Two Probable Novae in M31

We report the discovery of two probable novae in M31 on a co-added 1440-s R-band
CCD frame taken on 2017 Jun. 10.991 UT with the 0.65-m telescope at Ondrejov.
Designations, positions, and offsets of the new objects from the M31 center are
summarized in the following table:

The following R-band magnitudes were obtained for the PNV J00425119+4116279 using the 0.65-m
telescope at Ondrejov:
2017 Jun. 5.066 UT, [19.5; 7.994, 19.1 ± 0.4 (prediscovery); 8.995, 18.2 ± 0.15
(prediscovery); 10.991, 17.6 ± 0.15; 11.007, 17.4 ± 0.15.
The following R-band magnitudes were obtained for the PNV J00423291+4112236:
2017 Jun. 5.066 UT, [20.1; 7.994, [19.4; 8.995, 19.2 ± 0.25 (prediscovery);
10.991, 18.2 ± 0.15; 11.018, 18.0 ± 0.15.
