PESSTO, the Public ESO Spectroscopic Survey for Transient Objects (see Smartt et al. 2015, A&A, 579, 40 http://www.pessto.org ), reports the following supernova classifications. Targets were supplied by the OGLE-IV Real-time Transient Search (Wyrzykowski et al., 2014 arxiv:1409.1095; http://ogle.astrouw.edu.pl/ ), and by DLT40 group. All observations were performed on the ESO New Technology Telescope at La Silla on 2016 November 06, using EFOSC2 and Grism 13 (3985-9315A, 18A resolution). The classification was done with SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024). Classification spectrum and additional details can be obtained from http://www.pessto.org (via WISeREP) and the IAU Transient Name Server.

(1) The spectrum shows a blue continuum with the following lines in emission H-alpha, H-beta, He I 6678 and He II 4686. All line centroids are consistent with zero redshift and a Galactic origin. We note it is about 5 arcmin from NGC 2217, but is a chance coincidence.
