We obtained an optical spectrum (range 345-910 nm) of SN 2016cce (=PTSS-16dzd), discovered by the PMO-Tsinghua Supernova Survey (PTSS: http://119.78.210.3/ptss2/ ), on UT Apr.30.7 2016 with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Gaomeigu Station of Yunnan Astronomical Observatories (YNAO). The spectrum is similar to that of a type Ic supernova at two weeks after the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the spectral comparison tool "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J., 666, 1024) shows that it matches with SN 2004aw at t = +12 days from the maximum light.
