We report the following transient found by the ATLAS survey (see Tonry et al. ATel 8680). Information on all objects discovered by the ATLAS is available at ?http://fallingstar.com. ATLAS is a twin 0.5m telescope system on Haleakala and Mauna Loa, surveying up to 60,000 square degrees per night.
Spectra were taken on the UH 2.2m + SNIFS spectrometer on 2016-02-11.
