MASTER OT J033239.21+193215.0 discovery - dwarf nova outburst(17.1) with amplitude more then 4.9m, no VIZIER data
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",
Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 32m 39.21s +19d 32m 15.0s on 2016-02-12.86192 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.1m (limit 19.2m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-10-14.18157 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.1m.
There is no any known source in VIZIER database, it means the 22m upper limit(POSS,etc), so we suggest the amplitude is more then 4.9m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J132407.75-003227.3 detection - QSO 2QZ J132407-0032 optical flare
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 24m 07.75s -00d 32m 27.3s on 2016-02-11.12831 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 19.0m (limit 20.2m).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-12-21.22497 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.6m.
There is QSO 2QZ J132407-0032 flare (2dF spectra)

MASTER OT J114345.21+342950.5 detection - possible UVCet type flare
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 11h 43m 45.21s +34d 29m 50.5s on 2016-02-13.04681 UT with 18.8 unfiltered magnitude (the limit is 20.0m).
m_OT=19.6 at 2016-02-13.03924, marginaly seen OT at 2016-02-13 23:41:43 with unf.m_lim=20.3.
There is a red star with Sloan g=21.889,r=20.244, so we suggest the UVCet type flare.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-01-06.15095 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.4m.
