According to the recent telegrams the blazar 3C454.3 shows activity in optical/NIR bands (ATEL #6237, #6232, #6213) and in Gamma-ray (ATEL #6236, #6234). We report about the increasing radio fluxes of it since December 2013. Now the blazar 3C454.3 has an inverted radio spectrum with spectral index equal to +0.51 (+/-0.05) between 11.2 and 21.7 GHz. Flux density has reached 11 Jy at 21.7 GHz, while it was only about near 3.6 Jy (with rms 10%) according to our measurements on May 2013. Obviously we see beginning of the new activity of the sources since powerful flares in 2010-11 (MJD ~55550) when the radio fluxes were very high. Averaged flux densities (with errors) measured with the RATAN-600 radio telescope for last six months at frequencies 4.8-21.7 GHz are given in the table:

Date Flux density, Jy at frequency (GHz)
