We report the spectroscopic confirmations of two transients on observations taken with the 1.82-m Copernico Telescope (+ AFOSC; range 340-820 nm, resolution 2.4 nm). A CCD spectrum of CSS120718:205852-025826 obtained on Jul. 27.01 UT suggests that this is a type-Ia supernova. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra via the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024), shows that the transient has a redshift of about 0.02 and is similar to several SN Ia about twenty days after maximum light. A low-signal-to-noise-ratio CCD spectrum of CSS120718:214830-125021 obtained on Jul. 27.04 UT suggests that this is a type-Ia supernova. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra via the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024), indicated that the transient has a redshift of about 0.07 and is similar to several SNe Ia approximately one month past maximum brightness.
