MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 11h 44m 08.96s +17d 36m 39.2s on 2012-02-22.90466 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (limit 20.1m).
There is no minor planet at this place.
But, there is satellite 1300" offset. WE use the last NORAD ephemeris we have found that was near the transient place (the nearest point in 1332 arcsec in JD=55979.90846009) was flight satellite COSMOS 2251 DEB (93036BBC|36453U). Unfortunately we can't estimate ephemeris accuracy for the given satellite and brightness of a possible patch of light.
There is no MAXI, Fermi, Swift, INTEGRAL, Wind-KONUS GRB events at this time.
There is SDSS Galaxy J114408.87+173643.6 (rmag = 21.1) with offset = 4".7 .
We have reference image without OT on 2012-02-22.83946 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.6m.
