MASTER auto-detection system at Kislovodsk detected a new transient source at the position (R.A., Dec) = 06h 49m 52.83s , +28d 22m 27s.6 (J2000) with a typical uncertainty of 0.2" at 2010-10-19 01:24:33(UT) 20"E and 11".8N off set UGC03552 galaxy (inside).
The unfiltered magnitude is about 16.7 ( exposition 180s, m_lim = 20.2 ).
The OT is seen at two images with 40 minutes delay.
There is no minor planet and any object brighter 21 mag in DSS at this place. We have a number images this field without OT. The one was made at2010-02-06 19:39:11 and have the limit 20m.
The spectral observations are needed.
