Following the report in ATel # 14311, of enhanced Gamma Ray activity of the source 4FGLJ1308.5+3547,
cross correlated with the FSRQ5C12.291 and the NIR source 2Mass13082370+3546373, we carried out
observations of the source in the H bandpass on March 23,2021 (JD2459296.014676),finding that
source was in a flaring state. The photometry yielded a value H = 13.879 +/- 0.045 an increase
by a factor 7.3 with respect to the value found by 2Mass. Our observations are carried out with
the 2.1m telescope of the Guillermo Haro Observatory, equipped with CANINA, a NIR camara, located
at Cananea, Sonora, Mexico. We recommend further multi wavelength observations.
