We confirm the optical re-brightening of the nova M31N 2017-09a (AT2017glc; see TNS). The observations were carried out with the 50/70 Schmidt telescope at NAO Rozhen, Bulgaria in R band. Dates and magnitudes are as follows:
2017 Nov 24.70 UT 19.62 ± 0.12 (5x300s),
2017 Dec 08.71 UT 19.49 ± 0.12 (4x300s),
2017 Dec 09.69 UT 18.97 ± 0.09 (4x300s),
2017 Dec 10.70 UT 19.12 ± 0.08 (5x300s),
2017 Dec 15.83 UT 18.23 ± 0.05 (4x300s),
The available photometry shows that M31N 2017-09a is a good candidate for a cusp light curve nova in M31 (Strope et al. 2010).
Further spectroscopy and photometry observations are recommended.
