MASTER OT J135933.16-293145.6 discovery - new OT (no VIZIER data), ampl>5m, dwarf nova?

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 59m 33.16s -29d 31m 45.6s on 2017-07-24.11078 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (mlim=19.5m).
The OT is seen in 6 images. We have reference image without OT on 2017-04-03.19711 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.0m.
There is no minor planet at this place. There is no any sources in VIZIER database, it means 22m POSS limit and more then 5m of current outburst amplitude value.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at:

MASTER OT J011146.67-810821.2 detection - poss.dwarf nova outburst, ampl>4.8

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 11m 46.67s -81d 08m 21.2s on 2017-07-14.07693 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.6m (mlim=20.0), m_OT=17.1 on 2017-07-20 22:47:16UTUT.
The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2016-09-23.90785 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.4m.
There is GSC2.3 star in 0.5" with only blue mag j=21.72 (MASTER_W=21.9) and more then 4.8mag of current outburst amplitude.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at:
