MASTER OT J184906.73-273334.9 detection - possibly CV, Ampl>2.2
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 49m 06.73s -27d 33m 34.9s on 2017-03-18.14205 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.3m (mlim=18.2). The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2016-08-20.92815 UT with unfiltered mlim= 18.5m, it means more then 2.2m of current amplitude. There is USNO-B1 star with R1=18.37, B2=19.21
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J062452.36+094142.0 discovery
MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system d.iscovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 06h 24m 52.36s +09d 41m 42.0s on 2017-03-19.62172 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.3m (limit 18.9m).
The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-02-08.71139 UT with unfiltered mlim=18.4m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J192154.64-290457.6 - bright outburst, dwarf nova? Ampl>2.5m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system detected OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 21m 54.64s -29d 04m 57.6s
detected on the 2017-03-18 00:31:52.421Ut with unfiltered m_OT=13.0. There are 6 images with OT in this state.
The reference (in minimum) image was on the 2016-05-14 21:47:35.689UT with m_OT=15.5.
