MASTER: PSN and new OT

MASTER OT J075043.35+790916.6 discovery - QSO flare, ampl>4.3m
MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 07h 50m 43.35s +79d 09m 16.6s on 2017-01-23.88841 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (limit 19.6m).
The OT is seen in 13 images.
We have reference image without OT on 2010-11-13.70064 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 21.2m.
There is a blazar from Third catalog of LAT-detected AGNs (3LAC) (Ackermann+, 2015), that has GSC2.3.2 blue mag=22.13 (1996.949), so current outburst is more then 4.3m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J191712.82+393006.4 discovery - OT,possibly dwarf nova, no VIZIER, Ampl>4.5m
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 17m 12.82s +39d 30m 06.4s on 2017-01-24.25633 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.5m (limit 18.6m).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-09-23.89005 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.2m.
There is no known sources in VIZIER database, it means 22m POSS limit and more then 4.5m of current outburst.
Spectral observations are required.
